PREPARATION

  1. The best way to defrost frozen fish is to place them in the chiller section of the refrigerator at (5-10°C).

Do not thaw fish at room temperature.

  1. Lightly season it with salt and pepper, toss it into an air fryer, conventional oven or ninja grill to enjoy it.

STORAGE

Keep frozen, do not refreeze once thawed. Recommended to consume within two weeks to ensure product’s freshness.
