Each steak cut is individually packed and vacuum-sealed.   Fish steaks are generally only available to be processed from larger sized fishes. Cooking fish with its bone-in ensures it does not dry out, retaining the moisture in the meat for a silky texture.

PREPARATION

Thawing instruction:

  1. The best way to defrost frozen fish is to place them in the chiller section of the refrigerator at (5-10°C).

Do not thaw fish at room temperature.

  1. Take the fish out of the package, rinse lightly and pat dry with paper towels before cooking.

STORAGE

Keep frozen, do not refreeze once thawed.

Recommended to consume within two weeks to ensure product’s freshness.
